About wages

As I am skilled and responsible about the world, I have tended to end up writing and associating with the arts, but the pay for them is just about nonexistent, even though the work is very useful in the world. That is the situation of many of the elderly, since their work too is the work of the skilled, and so it is short and without a wide group with the same kind of thing to offer. The situation is the opposite of what makes a market economy work. That is balanced by people with more skilloften having more skills in buying too, I just guess. If it is difficult to estimate such work (but some use it, so it ought not be so impossible), one ought to pay per work done some small sum yet meaningful like for example 30 euros, and let the sum cumulate if one does several such works, but then of course it would still be much smaller than the wages of the younger generations from a similar work. It aren't good to pay largest sums to the unskilled,since that isn't how market economy produces better life. One should pay attention what is the value of the wor´k done to the good life in the society & in the world.

For example, I have been writing advices about living wisely the four seasons, and to that I have composed some tnes of pieces about living nicely the weathers. Short tunes about the spring might be played in the radio in different countries, so I checked what I might earn. First a composer should pay over 100 euros to get any pay, then have for each piece composed some orchestra which cooperates with him or her and plays it in a public performance so that the composer knows about it. Then it might be possible to get so much pay that in my lucky situation with such an interesting subject I might get the maney I paid paid back to me in ten years, and then start earning similar sums.
The money reserved for writing work advancing valued areas of life goes typically academical research even if it is not meant for such. Univeristies are an institution, but the elderly have more skills, could offer better results, but not all of them, mostly not the academical elderly but instead artistic, religious,people with a different bacjkground trying with higher skills of old age.
